This past weekend I was commissioned by the amazing yarn company, Boye, to create custom cookie favors for their booth at the SNAP blogger conference. Isn't their booth simply adorable? I think it was the belle of the ball! I love that red bike and it was so fun to see the cookies in the basket.
I made yarn balls in assorted colors. These are quite easy to make and when placed all together, they are so gorgeous. I think they are a perfect cookie for a yarn lover!
There were dozens of cookies that looked like the Boye yarn flower that they demonstrated at the booth. How bright and cheerful are these?
And well, these granny squares are my favorite! I would love to create a table display with dozens of these sweet cookies.

I think the crowd favorite though, were these matching red bicycle cookies. I need to make a whole set of these!

My nephew is having a Super Bowl birthday party. Well of course I had to make him some cookies as part of his gift. I'm truly in love with these even though I'm not a huge sports fan, I hope he and his friends love them too!

What you need:
Round cookie
Black med flood icing - no tip
Green med flood icing - no tip
Yellow med flood icing - no tip
Gray piping icing - size 1 tip
White piping icing - no tip and size 00 PME tip
Non-pareils or another small, colorful sprinkles

I can't believe I just opened only a few months ago. Thank you for all the support and orders! I know that emailing me to place custom cookie orders has been sometimes more complicated than necessary.

The Christmas holiday was so crazy that I wasn't able to make and deliver all our gifts to friends on time. Luckily, cookies are always a good idea. I whipped these cookie sets up and hope they helped our dear friends start the new year on a sweet note.
As much as I love champagne, I was sure that I had a flute cookie cutter. Alas, I do not and made do with my margarita glass. Oh well, room for more bubbles!
Truly, is there anything better than the aroma of freshly baked gingerbread during the holidays? I have absolutely fallen in love with making the gingerbread ornaments with a snow white icing.
I've had them at my shows all this month and they have been so well loved. There is something about the combination that seems to delight the heart.
From bells to houses and Russian nesting dolls, I can not stop making them. This past weekend, I had a booth at Park Silly Holiday and I worked on them the entire time.
While many comment on what appears to be a product of patience, for me it truly has become meditative and comforting.
And I can't fathom putting these away at the end of the season. So you and I are going to have to make Valentine gingerbread decor a new trend ok? Hope you hop on board!
